About this position
BSI is recruiting a 2nd Officer for a modern LNG Carrier operated under long-term charter. The vessel trades internationally with a well-established Korean shipowner.
Vessel particulars: LNG Carrier, membrane type, G/T approx. 114,000, Panama flag. Full management is performed to gas-carrier industry standards, with vetting and SIRE readiness expected of all senior watchkeepers.
You will be responsible for navigation watch, passage planning, and maintenance of LSA/FFA equipment. Familiarity with cargo watch duties on gas carriers is an advantage.
